Vergo

Bring practical task assessment to your members.

Vergo uses computer vision to help employers understand Physical Demand and Work Efficiency from representative task video, decide what to change, and compare the task again after an improvement.

Why it fits association programs

  • One consistent approach across participating employers.
  • Physical demand and productivity reviewed together.
  • Accessible starting point using ordinary task video.
  • Each employer keeps task-level results specific to its workplace.

How a program runs

  1. Select participating member employers.
  2. Choose and record priority physical tasks.
  3. Each employer receives its own results and improvement actions.
  4. The association can receive a combined program summary that does not identify an employer without its consent.

Program formats

  • Sector pilot: a focused first cohort.
  • Multi-employer program: a repeatable model across a larger member group.
  • Funded program: aligned to productivity, technology adoption, health and safety or workplace-improvement objectives.

What employers can review

  • Physical Demand: bending, reaching, arm elevation, frequency and duration.
  • Work Efficiency: task steps, timing and repeating cycles where supported.
  • Improvement actions and a first change to test.
  • Before-and-after comparison after a change.
Canadian context: Canada's business-sector labour productivity was about 73% of the U.S. level in 2019, according to Statistics Canada. This is national context only. Vergo does not claim to close the national productivity gap.
