FOR ASSOCIATIONS
Bring practical task assessment to your members.
Run a consistent program across member employers while each workplace gets task-level results it can act on.
WHY IT FITS
One program. Useful results for every participating workplace.
One consistent approach
Participating employers review tasks through the same Physical Demand and Work Efficiency structure while keeping the findings specific to their own workplace.
Safety and productivity together
One assessment can support conversations about physical demands, task design, timing and practical changes.
Accessible for smaller employers
A phone or tablet is enough to record a representative task, giving smaller employers a practical starting point for using AI on physical work.
HOW A PROGRAM RUNS
A clear path from member participation to program-level learning.
01
Select participating employers
The association or program identifies a group of member employers and the priority areas the initiative will address.
02
Choose and record priority tasks
Each participating employer records representative physical tasks and provides the context needed to understand the work.
03
Each employer gets its own results
Employers review Physical Demand, Work Efficiency, improvement actions and before-and-after comparisons for their own tasks.
04
The program gets a combined summary
The association can receive a program-level summary that does not identify an individual participating employer without that employer's consent.
PROGRAM FORMATS
Start small or build a broader initiative.
Sector pilot
A focused first program with a small group of employers and a defined set of priority tasks.
Multi-employer program
A repeatable approach across a larger member group, region or sector.
Funded program
A structured initiative that can fit productivity, technology adoption, health and safety or workplace-improvement funding objectives.
FUNDING FIT
One task assessment can support more than one program objective.
A Vergo program can fit initiatives focused on productivity, technology adoption, health and safety, workplace modernization or sector capacity. The same assessment looks at both Physical Demand and Work Efficiency, so employers do not need separate starting points for each conversation.
CANADIAN CONTEXT
73%
Canada's business-sector labour productivity was about 73% of the U.S. level in 2019.
Canada's productivity challenge is national. The improvements happen one task at a time. This statistic is context only and is not a claimed Vergo outcome.
